In case you wish to return a product

We now offer a No Questions Asked 30-Day Return Policy.
If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply email us at online@heliosindia.com or call 1800114252 within 30 days of delivery.
Our Customer Delight team will initiate your return and guide you through the easy process.

In case you received the wrong item

Our Customer Delight team will arrange a quick exchange or refund at the earliest.

In case you received a damaged item

Drop us an email with your Order ID and pictures of the damaged product at online@heliosindia.com or call 1800114252 within 30 days of delivery.
Our Customer Delight team will resolve it at the earliest — either by sending a replacement or processing your refund.

Our team will address your query and ensure it’s resolved within 24 hours.

In case you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched

You can cancel an order within 3 hours of placing it.

In case you need to cancel your order after it has been dispatched

You can simply refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery.
Once delivered, orders are eligible for return under our 30-day policy but not for direct cancellation.

In case your order is marked delivered but not received by you

Drop us an email at online@heliosindia.com or call 1800114252 within 3 days (72 hours) of the delivery date.
Our Customer Delight team will investigate and resolve it promptly.

Shipping Charges on Purchase

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above ₹499 (subject to change from time to time).
We also offer Cash-on-Delivery at no additional charge.

Refund Policy

At Helios India, we stand behind the quality of every product we make.
If you are not completely satisfied, we’ll gladly issue a refund — no questions asked.

✅ Eligibility for Refund

  • Refunds are applicable for any product returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in saleable condition, and returned in its original packaging.
  • You must notify us via email before returning the item.

💸 Refund Process

  • Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Used, damaged, or altered items not in original condition
  • Items purchased during final-sale or clearance promotions unless defective
