There is nothing wrong with the product. But the packaging I got it in was pathetic. The box was all damaged (I don’t mean the shipping damage). For a brand which markets itself as a premium product surely the packaging can be premium. I had ordered two separate products and y'all opened the seal of my main box and stuffed another product in it further damaging the box integrity and presentation for a first time customer. The way I got it makes it look like it is some local 250sq ft shop sold it.
HONESTLY pathetic packaging for a new customer.
All components have excellent build quality and durability.
The kit is thoughtfully designed and easy to store.
