Helios Abode Sneaker Storage Box (Side Drop)

I purchase a 10 pack Helios super storage sneaker box. The package arrived in good condition without any external damage. However when I opened it one of the white doors used to open the box was broken. This has the Helios sticker on it. It was poor quality control sending a broken item. It was no way broken in transit as it was packed very well. Couldn't find customer service number to register a complaint or make a claim. Hence I am very disappointed. Other than this the product looks good, is very compact and useful. The only reason for giving two stars was because of receiving a broken product. Otherwise I would have given a much higher rating.

very clumsy to install

I have 15 boxes but there are quality issues, many of the boxes doesn't close properly. The plastic opening is disproportional
