Shipping Policy

• We send email and SMS to you when the order is confirmed and when the order is shipped.
• You can check the status of your order from heliosindia.com My Account or from trackorder.
• Most orders at Heliosindia.com get shipped within 1 to 3 days of confirmation. If your order was placed recently, please allow us time to pack and dispatch. Please be assured that shipping your order on time is our highest priority. You have probably noticed varying estimated delivery times for the product you are interested in. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, your shipping destination and the courier partner's time-to-deliver in your location. Within 24 hours of receiving the order, we initiate the packing process.

If your order is not shipped or Order is in processing for more than 3 days, of confirmation, we Inform you via email and SMS about the delay

If there are other reasons like your address is not serviceable by our courier/delivery partners, we will get in touch with you for additional details.

Relatively higher shipping costs is incurred on low value items, in such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps us in offset logistics costs. The delivery charge may be waived off on some product, if you shop with them for a minimum predefined value.

So, it is possible that our courier partners have a holiday between the day placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Our courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on our shipping policy.

If you receive an open or a tampered package, please do not accept it. Report this concern by clicking on Return/Replace option in your MY ORDERS section anytime within 7 days of your order delivery. Be rest assured your order* will be covered under Trust Pay Policy. We will ensure that your concern is resolved to your satisfaction.

A particular order can only be delivered to a single address. As a suggestion, we request you to place two orders for different addresses.
